Mike Waugh
Mike Waugh is in his third season as director of player personnel. He was hired March 26, 2014. 

Waugh came to the Boilermakers after two years (2012-13) at Cincinnati as the director of recruiting. He oversaw the day-to-day operations of the recruiting program, including database management, organizing all official and unofficial visits, coordinating special events associated with recruiting, managing the current roster and recruiting budgets as well as administering all recruiting paperwork including transcripts and scholarship documents. 

Waugh started his career as a football operations intern and recruiting assistant while an undergraduate at Ohio University. He moved on to Marshall in 2008, where he served as the acting director of high school relations in 2009 and 2010 before being named permanently to the role. His time in Huntington coincided for a year with current Purdue interim head coach Gerad Parker. 

A native of Cleveland, Waugh earned his bachelor's degree in sports science from Ohio in 2008 and his master's in athletic administration from Marshall in 2010.
