Purdue Athletics has transitioned to digital, mobile-only ticketing and parking. On gamedays, fans will now gain entry into each Purdue Athletics venue and parking lot by utilizing digital tickets from their mobile device, eliminating the need for a printed, physical ticket or parking pass. The move to digital ticketing and parking provides the safest, easiest and most convenient option for access into all of Purdue's ticketed facilities. This is the page to go to for your questions and information on the transition to digital.

On this page, there are FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions), Step By Step instructions on adding your tickets and parking passes to your wallet, how to easily transfer tickets to anyone by using their cell number, screenshots and videos on how to best utilize your digital tickets.

Important note: Once you receive your tickets from the ticket office, please add them to your wallet. This helps you because if there are time changes, they will adjust if the ticket is in your wallet. Also, you will be alerted by your phone if it is in your wallet that it is nearing game time and to have it out for presentation, etc.

YOUR ACCOUNT - YOU ALWAYS HAVE YOUR TICKETS WITH YOU!

Perhaps the biggest advantage of digital tickets is that you will NEVER “leave your tickets at home” or “bring the wrong tickets to the game” anymore!! As long as you remembered your phone, you can access all of your tickets and parking passes, any time!

If you added them to your Wallet (Apple or Android) they will always be there until you remove them!

If you didn’t add them to your wallet and you can’t find your email, go to purduesports.com/myaccount to login to your account, and your tickets and parking passes are listed there. You can add them to your wallet, transfer them to family/friends, or post them on SeatGeek instantly!

Special Notes: 

Digital tickets will arrive as a link in the email or an SMS text. All tickets for the same event will be in one email or text. If you are using any spam filters and want to ensure that you receive the email containing your tickets, please add our email address, tickets@athletics.purdue.edu, to your approved spam filter list. Please set your email to accept attachments.

Digital tickets may be used on any type of smartphone with a digital ticket viewer (such as Apple, Android, Windows, Blackberry, etc). Wallet files may only be used on Apple iPhones with the Wallet app.

Always download tickets to your device once you receive them due to connectivity at the stadium or arena.
