· Started on the mound each of the first four weekends, joining Tanner Andrews as the first Purdue pitchers since 2013 to make their first career starts on the mound during a season-opening weekend

· Worked five innings against Kennesaw State and Cal, limiting the Golden Bears to two runs on five hits while making it into the sixth inning
· Had three hits, including a two-run double, in the win at East Tennessee State en route to hitting safely in all four games of the series
