· Excelled as a reliever, compiling a 1.34 ERA and .168 batting average against over 14 appearances, surrendering only 24 hits while striking out 32 in 40 1/3 innings pitched
· Induced six ground ball double plays in 66 1/3 innings to share the team lead
· Worked five innings of one-hit relief over two appearances to contribute to a pair of shutout wins in the Cal State Northridge series
· Struck out a career-high six over 5 2/3 innings of two-run relief in the opener of the Minnesota series
· Pitched a career-high seven innings at East Tennessee State and Penn State
· Worked seven scoreless innings of two-hit relief in the finale of the PSU series to allow Purdue to rally and force extra innings

· Went nine-up, nine-down his first time through the lineup against Saint Louis
