2016 / AS A SENIOR

  • Sander played in 33 games and started 12 times

  • First team All-Region 12 and Region 12 all-tournament team honoree as a sophomore after batting .411 with 83 hits, 56 RBI and 31 walks vs. 9 strikeouts in over 200 at-bats
  • Batted .333 as a freshman and led Region 12 with 40 RBI and 55 hits
  • Had three hits in VU's World Series win against No. 1-ranked Mesa Community College

High School

  • He was a two-year letter-winner for coach Robin Courtney at F.J. Reitz High School in Evansville
  • Batted .430 as an all-conference and all-metro honoree as a senior
