WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Event victories from Kate Beavon, Maggie Love and Daryn Wright highlighted the day as the Purdue swimming & diving teams dropped both sides of Saturday's Senior Day dual meet vs. top-10 ranked Indiana.

Beavon won the 1,000 freestyle with a team season-best time (10:05.48) for the second time this month, posting her fourth event victory of the season overall. Love was victorious in the 200 IM for her team-leading 11th individual event win of the season.
Wright led a 1-2-3-4 finish for the Purdue women in platform diving. She was also the runner-up on 1-meter as the Boilermakers went 2-3-4-5. The freshman's victory on the tower was her sixth of the season and she moved into 13th place in program history with a personal season-best list score of 298.60. Sophie McAfee also finished top three in both diving events.
The Purdue men had their best opportunities at victories in the breaststroke events and 200 free. Coleman Modglin was out touched by .16 hundredths of a second in the 100 and .27 hundredths in the 200. Nick Sherman finished second to 2022 Big Ten Swimmer of the Year Brendan Burns in the 200 free in a race decided by .12 hundredths.
Jordan Rzepka was the runner-up in both 1-meter and platform diving, posting strong list scores of 383.55 on 1-meter and 404.55 on the tower.
