Stephanie Medina
Stephanie Medina joined the Purdue sports medicine staff since 2017. She is responsible for managing the healthcare for the volleyball team. 

Medina came to the Boilermakers following a one-year resident position at the University of Maryland, where she served as the athletic trainer for the volleyball and cheer teams. 

Earlier, Medina completed a one-year internship at the University of Cincinnati, where she worked with the football, tennis, and cheer/dance teams. The football team played in the 2015 Sheraton Hawaii Bowl, and the nationally ranked dance team won the world championship. 

Medina graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology-exercise science and received her Masters of Science in athletic training from the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga in 2015. 

A native of San Juan, Puerto Rico, Medina has been a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association since 2012 and is CPR/AED certified.
