Amanda Dahl
Amanda Dahl was added as supervisor of wrestling operations in September of 2016. Dahl is also an associate strategic communications director serving as the contact for Purdue wrestling. 

For three seasons, Dahl worked with Purdue wrestling as an assistant athletics communications director. She has worked at various levels of collegiate wrestling for over a decade. 

The National Wrestling Coaches Association named Dahl a recipient of the Dan Gable "American Needs Wrestling" Award in 2017. The award is given to recognize those individuals who have given significant time and effort to the sport of wrestling. Those efforts must have had significant impact on the preservation or promotion of the sport. 

In 2011 as the manager of sports information and media services at the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics, Dahl was named Publicist/Sports Information Director of the Year by the National Wrestling Media Association. She became just the second woman to receive the honor, and it was the first distinction for the NAIA or its member institutions. 

In addition to the NAIA, Dahl worked in athletics communications at Auburn and had internships with the United States Olympic Committee and the American Junior Golf Association. She worked with wrestling for four years as an athletics communications student assistant at Iowa State. During her time as the wrestling contact, the Cyclones had two individual NCAA champions, 17 All-Americans, an NCAA Championship runner-up finish and captured two Big 12 Conference championships. 

The Iowa native obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism and mass communication from Iowa State in 2008.
