After a record-breaking career as a student-athlete at Duquesne University, Wagner served as the Dukes’ primary assistant coach for two seasons. She was responsible for overseeing the distance and mid-distance training groups. After graduating, she served as an athletic trainer at a high school and performance coach in her hometown before returning to Pittsburgh to join the coaching staff at Duquesne.
