· Four-year state-qualifying diver for coach Nick Farmer at St. Joseph High School in South Bend, Indiana
· Two-time sectional and regional diving champion as an upperclassman took eighth at the state meet as a junior and ninth as a senior
· Three-time team MVP after winning the most improved award as a freshman
· On the club level in 2013 with Double Dragon Diving, was a 1-meter national qualifier and took fourth in her age group on 3-meter
· Coached by Caiming Xie on the club circuit
