"Whatever it Takes" award recipient... continues to hold the program record in the 400 IM (4:14.35) and ranks fifth in the 200 IM (2:02.39)... improved on her career-best times in the 100 (1:00.89) and 200 breast (2:10.39), now ranking second in the 200 and third in the 100... qualified for the NCAA Championships in the breaststroke events, her top showing a 31st-place finish in the prelims of the 100... accounted for 17 team points at the Big Ten Championships by placing sixth in the A final of the 200 breast and fifth in the B final of the 100 breast... also competed with Purdue's 200 and 400 medley relays at Big Tens, helping the 400 team the third-fastest time in program history... recorded six individual victories and contributed to six relay winners over the course of the season... season-best time in the 200 breast at the Boiler-Make-It NCAA Last Chance meet helped secure her spot at the NCAA Championships... posted her best top time in the 100 breast at NCAAs... season-best times in the 200 and 400 IM at the Ohio State Invitational... accounted for 33 team points at Ohio State by scoring in her four individual events, highlighted by a third-place finish in the A final of the 200 breast... swept the breaststroke events and finished second in the 400 IM at the November Quad... won the 200 breast in dual meet victories vs. Miami (Ohio), Notre Dame, Hawaii, Michigan and Michigan State... competed in the 100 fly and 200 free at the Indiana Intercollegiates.

Marr competed primarily in the breaststroke and IM events... posted Purdue's season-best time in the 200 breast (2:13.10) at the Big Ten Championships... her season-best times in the 100 breast (1:04.30, 5th), 200 IM (2:02.39, 2nd) and 400 IM (4:20.44, 3rd) also ranked among the top five on the team in 2012-13... season-best times in the 100 breast and 400 IM were at the Purdue Invitational and 200 IM at Big Tens... continues to hold the program record in the 400 IM (4:14.35) from 2012... on the Purdue all-time Top 10, moved up to second place in the 200 breast and sixth place in the 200 IM... accounted for seven team points at Big Tens by finishing as the runner-up in the 200 breast... accounted for 56 team points at the Purdue Invitational by qualifying for the A final in all four of her events - 100 (7th) and 200 breast (2nd), 200 (7th) and 400 IM (4th)... also won heat 1 of the 200 breast and helped her 400 medley relay team win its heat in the prelims at the Purdue Invite... won the 200 IM in dual meet wins against Miami (Ohio) and Northwestern... won the 400 IM in the dual meet win at Michigan State.
2011-12: CSCAA Scholar All-America Honorable Mention... Marr competed in the breaststroke and IM events... despite not joining the team until the first day of second semester, went on to break the school record in the 400 IM (4:14.35) and post Purdue all-time top five times in the 200 breast (2:14.12, 2nd) and 200 IM (2:02.68, 5th)... recorded all three season-best times at the Big Ten Championships... broke the 400 IM freshman record in the morning prelims and came back that night to eclipse the program record that had stood since 2005 while winning the C final... also won the C final of the 200 breast at Big Tens... honored as the team's Whatever It Takes award winner... won the 200 breast in her Purdue debut, the dual meet win against Michigan State, less than a week after joining the team... swam four events -- 100 and 200 breast, 200 and 400 IM -- at the Big Ten Quad.
Before Purdue
Joined the program at the beginning of the 2012 spring semester after attending school at Haydon in her native Lodon... competed for the Hillingdon Swimming Club coached by David Hemmings... represented Great Britain in the 2004 and 2005 European Junior Championships, competing in the 50, 100 and 200 meter breaststroke... daughter of Graham and Kim Marr... family also includes older brother Alex... plans to major in movement and sport science.
