2015-16: All-America (3-Meter Diving)... Honorable Mention All-America (1-Meter Diving)... NCAA Championships Qualifier (1-Meter and 3-Meter Diving)... Big Ten Distinguished Scholar... CSCAA Scholar All-America... Academic All-Big Ten... Big Ten Diver of the Week (Dec. 23)... Dunnichay focused on the springboard events in her final collegiate season… posted a career-best score (371.63) on 3-meter at the January intrasquad to move up to sixth place in program history… also closed her career fourth on 1-meter and fifth on platform among the Purdue all-time leaders… scored in both springboard events at NCAAs to earn a pair of All-America honors, finishing sixth in the championship final of 3-meter and fourth in the consolation final of 1-meter… season-best score (325.85) on 1-meter was at the Big Ten Championships… finished fourth on 1-meter and second in the consolation final of 3-meter at Big Tens to account for 43 team points, tops among the Purdue divers… qualified for NCAAs by finishing as the runner-up on 1-meter and third on 3-meter at the Zone C Championships… finished ninth on 3-meter at the USA Diving Winter Nationals, her top individual finish at a senior nationals meet and the best showing by an active Big Ten Diver, to earn Big Ten Diver of the Week honors… was victorious on 3-meter and finished fourth on 1-meter at the Purdue Invitational… victorious on 1-meter at the Indiana Intercollegiates and dual meets vs. Notre Dame/OSU, Iowa and Indiana.

2014-15: All-America (1-Meter Diving)... NCAA Championships Qualifier (1-Meter, 3-Meter & Platform Diving)... Big Ten Diver of the Week (Oct. 21, Nov. 4 & Jan. 13)... Academic All-Big Ten... Dunnichay focused on the springboard events throughout the season and returned to the platforms for the championship portion of the campaign... qualified for NCAAs in all three diving events in the first year of the revamped Zones qualifying system... finished fifth in the championship final of 1-meter in her first career event at NCAAs, the top showing by a Boilermaker in 2014-15... honored as the team's co-MVP and a captain's award recipient... also finished 18th on platform and 31st on 3-meter at NCAAs... qualified for the A final of all three diving events at the Big Ten Championships to lead the team with 43 points, Purdue's top individual total since 2012... finished fourth in the championship final of 3-meter and platform diving as well as sixth in the championship final of 1-meter at Big Tens... continues to rank among the Purdue all-time Top 10 in all three diving events, moving up the 3-meter (353.70, 7th) and platform (318.20, 5th) lists thanks to career-best scores at the 2015 Big Ten Championships... season-best score on 1-meter (323.20) was at NCAAs... finished ninth on 3-meter on the opening day of the Zone C Championships to punch her ticket to NCAAs... was also the runner-up on platform at Zones... accounted for seven event victories over the course of the season to rank second on the team... highlighted by a runner-up showing on 1-meter, accounted for 26 team points to help Purdue win the Ohio State Invitational... swept the springboard diving events in the dual meet against Miami (Ohio) and the Indiana Intercollegiates during the season-opening weekend... also swept the diving events in the dual meet win against Michigan State... won on 1-meter and was the runner-up on 3-meter in the dual meet victory at Notre Dame.

2013-14: Academic All-Big Ten... Dunnichay competed in the springboard diving events... career-best scores as a Boilermaker moved her into fourth place in program history from the 1-meter (333.10) and 10th place from the 3-meter (345.75)... selected as the co-winner of the team's most improved award... accounted for 32 team points at Big Tens by finishing third in the championship final of both springboard diving events... placed sixth from the 3-meter at the Zone C Championships to narrowly miss out on qualifying for the NCAA Championships... accounted for 17 team points at the Ohio State Invitational by placing fourth in the finals of 1-meter and 15th in the prelims of 3-meter... finished third behind her teammates in 1-meter multiple times throughout the season... did not compete from the 3-meter springboard in most duals due to lingering injuries.

2012-13: Academic All-Big Ten... Dunnichay focused on 1-meter diving in her first season as an active member of the program... continuing to work her way back from various injuries that prevented her from competing at the 2012 U.S. Olympic Team Trials... posted her season-best score in 1-meter diving (293.18) in the BTN live TV dual meet against Indiana in which she placed third as the top five finishers were all Boilermakers... accounted for 12 team points by finishing seventh in 1-meter diving at the Purdue Invitational... placed 12th in the prelims among a large group of divers at the Ohio State Invitational... finished as the runner-up to teammate MacKenzie Tweardy in 1-meter action at the Indiana Intercollegiates and dual meet win at Northwestern.

2011-12: Exercised an Olympic Redshirt waiver to concentrate on training for the U.S. Olympic Team Trials... a shoulder injury sidelined her from competing at Olympic Trials... placed second with Hayley Ishimatsu in the synchronized 10-meter platform at the USA Diving Winter Nationals... will be a redshirt-freshman during the 2012-13 college season.

Before Purdue: 2008 Olympian in synchronized 10-meter diving was the youngest member (15 years old) member of the U.S. delegation (across all sports) that year... competed for Elwood High School for the first time as a senior and broke the Indiana state record while winning the state title... also helped lead Elwood to a team state title... won the platform title at 2010 USA Diving Junior National Championships... finished second in the platform at the 2010 FINA World Junior Diving Championships... competed in the 2007, 2009 and 2011 FINA World Championships in synchronized platform, finishing second in 2009... won synchro platform titles at the 2007 USA Diving Spring National Championships and 2011 USA Diving Winter National Championships... has competed in international meets in Australia, China, England, Mexico and Italy.

Personal: Full name is Mary Elizabeth Dunnichay... born in Anderson, Ind.... daughter of Ned and Marian Dunnichay... family also includes older siblings Danielle, Caleb and Jacob... Danielle is a Purdue alumnus, Caleb was a diver at Auburn and Notre Dame and Jacob played baseball at the University of Kansas... mass communications major.
