2010-11: Distinguished Big Ten Scholar... Academic All-Big Ten... Beck competed primarily in the 100 backstroke and 100 butterfly... competed in the 50 free (24.07), 100 back (56.61) and 100 fly (56.22) at the Big Ten Championships, posting season-best times in all three events... her time in the 100 back ranked second on the team in 2010-11... finished her career ranked as the school-record holder in the 100 fly and also ranked third in the 100 back, posting those times in 2009... was also part of Purdue all-time top five relay teams in the 200 free and 400 medley relays during her career... swam on 200 and 400 free and 200 and 400 medley relay teams that each posted the fourth-fastest Purdue times of the year... helped the 400 free relay team finish second at the Big Ten Quad... was among the eight swimmers selected to travel to Dallas for the SMU Classic in October, competing in the 100 back and 100 fly... won the team[apos]s Cathy Wright Eager 'Continuing Women of Educational Excellence' award.
