2016-17: Guhlstorf competed in the freestyle sprints... posted season-best times in the 50 (23.88) and 100 free (52.28) at the Ohio State Winter Invite... also competed in the 100 breaststroke (1:11.82) at Virginia Tech's H2Okie Fall Invitational... won the exhibition heat and finished third overall in the 50 free in the dual meet victory vs. Michigan State... was Purdue's top finisher in the 50 and 100 free at Ohio State, qualifying for the A final of the 50.
2015-16: Guhlstorf competed primarily in the freestyle sprints... posted season-best times in the 50 (24.31) and 100 free (53.28) as well as the 100 breast (1:10.14) at the Ohio State Winter Invite... part of the victorious 200 free relay team at Ohio State... also finished third in the 50 free and sixth in the 100 at OSU... also raced in three events at the FIU Sprint Invite.
Before Purdue: Guhlstorf was a four-year letterwinner for coach Clyde Lundgren at Oak Park-River Forest High School in suburban Chicago... also played water polo as a freshman... Illinois state finals qualifier with the 200 free relay team as a sophomore and senior, also helping the 200 medley relay team make it as a senior... conference champion in the 50 free each of her first three years of high school... All-American as a senior... also competed for the Team Millennium Y2K club... four-year honor roll student and all-academic team honoree.
