Ashley Perry is in her sixth season as the Supervisor of Soccer Operations for the Purdue soccer program in 2023.
A West Lafayette native, Perry came to Purdue in January, 2018, and spent her first two seasons also working with the Boilermaker softball team.
With the soccer program, Perry’s role includes budgetary planning and oversight, scheduling and coordinating all team travel and events, assisting with the team’s student managers, serving as a liaison with the athletics compliance office and assisting in recruiting efforts. Additionally, she plays a key role in collaborating with the soccer program’s support staff, including equipment, communications, nutrition, sports medicine and strength and conditioning.
Perry played softball at DePaul and was a member of the Blue Demons’ 2005 Women’s College World Series team. An All-Conference USA honoree, she graduated in 2005 with a degree in psychology and was a member of the Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll. Perry also worked in operations throughout her time at DePaul, holding positions in the business office, ticket office and with the men's basketball program.
Perry’s coaching career began in 2005 and she continues to coach travel softball for the Tennessee Mojo Fastpitch Organization.
Perry and her husband, Andrew, reside in West Lafayette. The couple have a son, Parker, and a daughter, Jordan. Andrew is a Purdue University alumnus.
