2016-17:
• Flager competed primarily in the 50 free and 100 butterfly
• Swam the butterfly leg on the record-setting 400 medley relay at the Big Ten Championships, the third relay record he was part of his during his Purdue career
• Graduated ranked among the top 10 in the 50 (19.80, T-5th) and 100 free (43.66, 7th) as well as the 100 fly (46.83, 2nd)
• Posted season-best times in the 50 (19.95) and 100 free (43.88) as well as the 100 fly (47.22) at the Big Ten Championships
• One of just two Boilermakers to race on four of the five relays at the 2017 Big Tens

• Runner-up in the B final of the 100 fly at Virginia Tech's H2Okie Fall Invitational to account for seven team points
• Helped Purdue sweep the 200 free and medley relays in the dual meet win vs. Michigan State

2015-16:
• Flager competed primarily in the freestyle sprints and 100 fly
• Contributed to nine relay winners, second best on the team, and swam on four relays at the Big Ten Championships
• Posted career-best times in the 50 (19.80) and 100 (43.66) as well as the 100 fly (46.83) at the Big Ten Championships
• In program history, moved up to second all-time in the 100 fly, fifth in the 50 free and seventh in the 100 free
• All four relay teams at Big Tens posted top-10 times in program history, highlighted by second all-time in the 200 medley relay
• Was among the seven Boilermakers to score in three individual events at Big Tens, accounting for 54 team points by finishing sixth in the A final of the 100 fly and fourth in the B final of the both the 50 and 100 free
• Accounted for 53 team points at the Purdue Invitational while scoring in the A finals of four individual events, finishing fifth in the 50 free, 100 free and 100 fly
• Won the 50 free at the Indiana Intercollegaite's and dual meet at South Carolina
• Won the 100 back in the dual meet with Miami (Ohio)
• Won his heat of the 50 free at the Purdue Invitational.

2014-15:
• NCAA Championships Qualifier (200 Medley Relay)
• Flager competed in the freestyle sprints and 100 fly
• After sitting out the fall semester portion of the schedule, quickly emerged as the team's most versatile sprint freestyle performer and swam on four of the five relays at Big Tens
• Anchored the 200 medley relay team to a school-record time at Big Tens and then swam the butterfly leg in the same event at NCAAs
• Season-best times in the 50 (19.99, 2nd) and 100 free (44.00, 1st) as well as the 100 fly (47.54, 2nd) all ranked among the top two on the team in 2014-15
• In program history, moved up to fifth place in the 100 fly and seventh place in the 100 free; continues to rank seventh in the 50 free (19.86)
• Finished fifth in the B final of the 100 fly and sixth in the B final of the 100 free at Big Tens to account for seven team points
• Also was the runner-up in the C final of the 50 free at Big Tens
• Won the 50 free in dual meets against Indiana and Michigan State
• Also anchored the 200 medley relay team to victory in the dual meet with Indiana
• Won his heat of the 100 IM and swam on three relay winners in the dual meet victory vs. Michigan State.

2013-14:

• Flager competed in the freestyle sprints, 100 backstroke and 100 butterfly • Established a new Purdue freshman record (19.86) in the 50 free at the Big Ten Championships, a mark that ranks seventh in program history
• Competed in the 400 free and 400 medley relays at the NCAA Championships
• Accounted for 10.5 team points at the Big Ten Championships by finishing tied for second in the B final of the 100 fly and fifth in the B final of the 50 free
• Season-best times in the 100 fly (47.78, 1st), 50 free (19.86, 2nd) and 100 free (44.39, 3rd), and 100 back (49.78, 3rd) from Big Tens all ranked among the top five on the team in 2013-14
• In program history, ranks sixth in the 100 fly and ninth in the 100 free
• Was among the eight swimmers selected to travel to Dallas for the six-team Classic @ SMU, accounting for 6.5 team points while racing in the 50 free, 100 back, 200 breast and three of the four relays
• Contributed to 10 relay winners over the course of the season to rank second on the team
• Won the 100 fly in the dual meet victory against Notre Dame and the 50 free in the dual win at Hawaii
• Named Big Ten Freshman of the Week after also swimming on both relay winners at Hawaii
• Competed in the 100 breast at the Indiana Intercollegiate's and the 200 back vs. Miami (Ohio).

Before Purdue:
• Flager was a four-year letter-winner for coach Joe Keller at Northridge High School
• Three-year state qualifier was state champion in the 50 free as a senior and 100 back as a junior
• Also finished as the runner-up in the 50 free as a junior and the 100 back as a senior
• Also the conference and sectional champion in both events as an upperclassman
• Helped lead Northridge to four straight Northern Lakes Conference and sectional titles
• Finished fourth at state in the 100 back and 100 fly as a sophomore after winning conference and sectional titles in both events
• Graduated with an academic honors diploma
• Top Events (Times): 50 Free (20.33), 100 Free (44.90), 100 Back (49.10) & 100 Fly (49.30).
