2011-12:

• Academic All-Big Ten
• Johnson competed in seven different events, racing primarily in the butterfly events
• Season-best times in the 100 (49.15, 5th) and 200 fly (1:49.91, 4th), both from the Ohio State Invitational, each ranked among the top five on the team in 2010-11
• Won the B final of the 100 fly and finish eighth in the A final of the 200 to account for 20 team points at the Ohio State Invitational
• Competed in the 100 and 200 fly and 100 back at the Big Ten Championships
• Swam in the 50 and 200 free, 400 free relay and his regular events at the Ohio State Invitational
• Raced in the 200 back in dual meets against Notre Dame, Michigan State and Iowa/Ohio State

2010-11:

• Academic All-Big Ten
• Johnson competed primarily in butterfly events
• Posted season best times in the 100 (50.20) and 200 fly (1:55.69) and 100 back (51.97) at the Ohio State Winter Invite
• His time in the 100 fly at OSU ranked third fastest on the team entering the Big Ten Championships
• Qualified for the C final in the 100 and 200 fly and 100 back at the Purdue Invitational
• Also competed in the 100 and 200 fly at the Big Ten Quad

2009-10:

• Won 100 butterfly vs. Miami (10/30)
• Also led off fourth-place 400 medley relay
• Finished second in 200 butterfly at Eastern Michigan (11/14) and third in event vs. Ball State (1/15)
• Also turned in fourth-place showing in 100 butterfly and anchored third-place 200 freestyle relay at Eagles
• Recorded season-best 100 butterfly time of 50.23 in preliminary swim at Ohio State Winter Invite (2/13)
• Went on to finish sixth in final with 50.27 clocking
• Placed seventh in 200 butterfly with season-best time of 1:53.22 at Ohio State Winter Invite (2/14)
• Clocking was fifth fastest on team during season
• Also turned in season-best time of 1:42.58 in 200 freestyle
• Placed sixth in 100 and 200 butterfly races vs. Northwestern (11/7)
• Swam third leg on third-place 200 freestyle relay vs. Michigan State (11/8)
• Took third leg on fifth-place 200 medley relay vs. Notre Dame (11/6) and at Eastern Michigan (11/13)

2008-09:

• Won 100 butterfly in 51.66 and finished third in 200 butterfly with 1:55.16 time vs. Indianapolis (11/21)
• Also swam third leg on second-place 200 medley relay and on 200 freestyle relay that touched wall in 1:28.73
• Recorded personal-best 200 butterfly time of 1:48.79 while finishing sixth and personal-best 100 butterfly clocking of 49.12 vs. Indiana (2/7)
• Swam second leg on second-place 200 freestyle relay at Indiana Intercollegiates (10/18)
• Also finished fifth in 100 butterfly with 53.13 time...swam second leg on third-place 400 medley relay vs. Miami (10/31)
• Also finished sixth in 100 butterfly with 52.97 time and seventh in 200 butterfly with 1:58.98 clocking
• Swam third leg on fourth-place 400 medley relay, anchored fifth-place 200 freestyle relay and touched wall in 1:57.32 in 200 butterfly at Purdue Challenge (11/14)
• Also finished fifth in 100 backstroke with 54.85 time and stopped clock in 53.08 in 100 butterfly (11/15)
• Finished seventh in 100 butterfly with 52.47 clocking and 11th in 100 backstroke with 56.38 time in triple dual at Florida Atlantic (1/10)
