• His season-best times in the 200 (1:38.79, 4th), 500 (4:26.53, 3rd), 1000 (9:20.04, 2nd) and 1650 free (15:34.60, 4th) also ranked among the top five on the team in 2011-12
• Competed in the 200, 500 and 1650 free at the Big Ten Championships
• One of seven Purdue student-athletes with a 4.0 GPA during the 2011-12 school year
• Was among the eight Purdue swimmers that traveled to Dallas for the Classic @ SMU, finishing third in the B final of the 500 free
• Accounted for 35 team points at the Ohio State Invitational, finishing fifth in the mile, sixth in the A final of the 500 free and fourth in the B final of the 200 free and sixth in the B final of the 200 fly
• Won the 500 free in the dual meet win against Notre Dame and the Black and Gold Intrasquad meet

• His season-best times in the 200 (1:39.28, 5th), 500 (4:28, 5th) 1000 (9:27.95, 5th) and 1650 free (15:25.96, 4th) all ranked among the top five for Purdue in 2010-11
• Posted his 200, 500 and 1650 free times at the Big Ten Championships, registering an NCAA provisional qualifying mark in the mile
• Swam the third leg on the victorious 800 free relay team at the Purdue Invitational
• That unit's time of 6:38.97 was an NCAA provisional mark and stood as the Purdue season best until the Big Ten Championships
• Swam the anchor leg on the 400 free relay team in the dual meet with Indiana that posted the fifth-fastest time of the year for Purdue
• Finished second in the B final of the 500 free at the Purdue Invitational
• Finished as the runner-up in the 1000 free in dual meet win against Eastern Michigan, posting his season-best time in that event
