• Competed primarily in the freestyle and backstroke events

• Season bests in the 50 (20.97) and 100 free (45.77) were recorded at the Purdue Invitational
• Competed in eight different individual events at least once during the season
• Won his heat of the 50 free and finished third overall at the Indiana Intercollegiates

2016-17 / AS A FRESHMAN
• Competed primarily in the 200 backstroke and 200 freestyle
• Posted season-best times in the 100 (50.45) and 200 back (1:48.31) at the IU First Chance meet
• Season best in the 200 free (1:43.13) was at the dual meet vs. Indiana
• Qualified for the C final of the 500 free (4:38.83) at Virginia Tech's H2Okie Fall Invitational, where he also raced in both backstroke events
• Posted runner-up finishes in the 200 free and 400 free relay in the dual meet victory vs. Miami (Ohio)
• Represented Purdue at the U.S. Open Championships in August
HIGH SCHOOL
• Four-year varsity letterwinner for coach Samantha Kramer at Horizon High School in suburban Phoenix
• Also part of the Scottsdale Aquatic Club
• Three-year state qualifier finished among the top three in the 100 back all three years
• Also a state qualifier in the 200 IM and with multiple relay teams both of his upperclassman years
• Helped Horizon place third at state in 2015
• USA Swimming Scholastic All-American
• Established a new school record in the 100 back three years in a row
• Also part of new school records in the 200 medley and 400 free relays as an upperclassman

• Won the team's most outstanding swimmer award for his as a junior and senior

• Set a 15-16 age group mark in the 200-yard IM as well
• Also part of club records in the 400-yard and 400-medley relays
• Won the 200 back and finished second in the 100 back at the 2014 Arizona senior long course championships
• Medalist in three different relays at USA Swimming Junior Nationals
• Also a medalist at USA Swimming Western Sectionals
• Part of 15-16 age group record in the 200-yard free relay
