2015-16: Academic All-Big Ten... Riegger competed primarily in the backstroke events... posted a career-best time in the 200 back (1:53.96) and season-best time in the 100 back (52.99) at the Purdue First Chance meet... also competed in the backstroke events as well as the 50 free at the Purdue Invitational... lowered his 200 back time by eight seconds from the intrasquad in October and the Purdue First Chance meet in February.

2014-15: Academic All-Big Ten... Riegger competed primarily the backstroke events... posted season-best times in the 100 (52.33) and 200 back (1:52.91) while finishing third in both events at the Michigan First Chance meet... competed in the 50 free (23.33) along with the 100 back at the season-opening Indiana Intercollegiates... raced in dual meets against Western Kentucky and Michigan State.

2013-14: Academic All-Big Ten... Riegger competed primarily in the backstroke events... recorded season-best times in the 100 (52.76) and 200 back (1:53.85) at the Michigan First Chance meet... best times of the fall in the 100 (54.20) and 200 back (1:58.83) were at the dual meet victory vs. Miami (Ohio)... also swam on the victorious 200 medley relay team at the Miami dual... competed in the 50 free at the Michigan First Chance and the 100 breast at the season-opening Indiana Intercollegiates.

2012-13: Riegger competed primarily in the backstroke events... posted season-best times in the 100 (52.30) and 200 back (1:53.97) at the Michigan First Chance meet in his return to his native Ann Arbor... was Purdue's top finisher in both backstroke events at the Michigan First Chance... also had a strong swim in the 200 back (1:54.01) in the dual meet against Indiana... posted a season-best time in the 100 fly (55.86) while also racing in three other events at the Purdue Invitational... season-best time in the 200 IM (2:04.27) was in the regular-season dual meet at No. 1-ranked Michigan.

Before Purdue: Riegger was a four-year Michigan state qualifier for coaches Kelton Graham and Eric Stanczyk at Huron High School in Ann Arbor, Mich.... three-time All-State honoree as a junior, also recognized twice as a senior... helped Huron finish as the state runner-up as a freshman and place fourth his junior year... four-year scholar athlete award winner... helped his Club Wolverine team win state championships yearly... his 400 medley relay team in the 13-14 age group broke the state record by more than 10 seconds and was only one second off the national record... 2011 perfect attendance honoree... AP scholar with honor.
