2016-17
• Volden played his best golf late in the season and summer leading into his junior year.
• Appeared in all 12 events, averaging 74.41 strokes per round.
• Led the team with six eagles, the most in a season for a Purdue golfer since 2011.
• Recorded three top-20 finishes, including his first career top-10 finish at the NCAA Regional Championships (T-8th).
• Finished 12th at the Desert Mountain Intercollegiate and 17th at Hootie at Bulls Bay.
• Had a strong summer, advancing to the quarterfinals of the British Amateur, placing 11th at the German Amateur and helping Norway to the European Team Match Play Championships.
• Member of the Big Ten's All-Academic Team.

2015-16
• Volden had a strong freshman campaign, appearing in 12 events for a stroke average of 75.09.
• Recorded a pair of top-20 finishes and finished with seven rounds of even-par or better.
• Placed tied for 18th at both the Northern Intercollegiate (77-71-76=224) and the Hoosier Collegiate (75-72=147).
• Was tied for seventh after two rounds at the NCAA Stillwater Regional, eventually finished T-27th with a 13-over par 229 (73-75-81).
• His second-round 65 at the Bridgestone Golf Collegiate tied for the lowest round by a freshman in school history.
• Also finished three more top-25 showings at the Boilermaker Invitational (T-22nd), Crooked Stick Invitational (T-23rd) and Windon Memorial Classic (T-24th).
• Averaged 73.75 strokes per round during the second round.

HIGH SCHOOL
• A 2015 graduate of Wang Toppidrett in Oslo, Norway, Volden had a strong high school career on the international scene.
• Improved his stroke average every year, dropping from 76.1 strokes per round as a sophomore to 73.2 as a senior.
• As a junior, finished 12th at the prestigious Doral Jr. Publix and was tied for 8th at the Orange Bowl Junior. Averaged 74.2 strokes with a low score of 65 as a junior.
• As a senior, finished second in both Titleist Tour Gamle Fredrikstad and the Titleist Tour Moss.
• High school teammate of Kristoffer Ventura, who will be a sophomore at Oklahoma State.
