• Grabbed a season-high six rebounds three times (Northwestern, Alabama, Michigan).

2022-23
• Furst had another solid season, appearing in all 35 games with 21 starts and averaging 5.5 points, 4.6 rebounds and 0.7 assists per game, while shooting 51.3 percent from the field.
• Recorded double-doubles in the Phil Knight Legacy title game against Duke (11 points, 10 rebounds), Davidson (12 points, 13 rebounds) and Iowa (11 points, 10 rebounds). 
• Shot 66-of-109 (.606) from inside the 3-point line.
• Started the year 11-of-31 (.355) from 3-point range in the first 25 games. 
• Scored in double-figures in six of the first 13 games of the year, but just once in the last 22 contests.
• Dished out a career-high four assists in the home victory against Michigan State. 
• Named to the Big Ten All-Academic Team after owning a 3.68 GPA in biomedical health services.

2021-22
• Furst had a strong freshman season, appearing in 34 games with 12 starts, while averaging 4.1 points and 3.2 rebounds per game. 
• Was one of six freshmen nationally, and the only high-major freshman, to shoot over 50 percent from the field, 40 percent from 3-point range and 70 percent from the free throw line while scoring at least 100 points.
• Named Big Ten Freshman of the Week on Nov. 22, after averaging 11.3 points and 6.7 rebounds while shooting 13-of-17 from the field against Wright State, North Carolina and Villanova.
• Recorded five games in double-figures, including three of the first five contests of the year.
• Posted first career double-double with 14 points (career high) and 11 rebounds (career high) against Wright State. 
• Had a strong NCAA Tournament, scoring 16 points with six rebounds in 40 minutes of action (3-of-4 FGs, 2-of-2 3Ps, 8-of-10 FTs), including 10 points and 4 rebounds vs. Yale. 

SUMMER 2021
• Helped Team USA to the gold medal at the FIBA U19 World Cup in Latvia.
• Averaged 7.1 points, 4.1 rebounds and 0.6 assists per game in 12.1 minutes per contest. 
• Shot 19-of-32 (.594) from the field and recorded just two turnovers in 85 minutes played.

HIGH SCHOOL
• A four-star recruit, Furst had an outstanding scholastic career at Fort Wayne's Blackhawk Christian.
• Named 2021 Indiana Mr. Basketball and was a MaxPreps Honorable Mention All-American, one of 30 players nationally named to the list.
• At the time of his signing in November, was ranked No. 30 nationally by ESPN, 34 by 247Sports and 38 by Rivals.
• Scored 2,087 career points at Blackhawk Christian and was the school's all-time leader in career points and rebounds.
• Won 105 games in high school and was the first Class 2A player in Indiana to win Mr. Basketball since the 2010 award.
• Led Blackhawk to the 2021 Indiana Class 2A state title and a 28-3 record, averaging 21.4 points, 14.1 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 2.2 blocked shots per game as a senior.
• Also named the recipient of the Class 2A Trester Mental Attitude Award.
• He averaged 22.1 points, 13.4 rebounds and 3.4 assists per game as a junior and 18.7 points, 10.5 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game as a sophomore, helping Blackhawk to the 2019 state title. The Braves were among the favorites to win the state title in 2020 before the season was cut short due to CoVid-19. 
• Chose Purdue over offers from Michigan State, Louisville, North Carolina, Virginia and Ohio State among others.
