2014:
- Participated in five indoor meets, including the Big Ten Championships, also competed in five outdoor meets
- Finished third in the 4x800m along with Tyler Wynn, Dan Porter, and Simon Rogers with a time of 7:46.55
- Took fourth in the 5000m at the Border Battle with a time of 15:16.12
- PR for the 3000m stands at 8:31.18 and 14:45.20 in the 5000m
2012:
- Took 1st at the Purdue Invitational (1/7) in the one mile run with a time of 4:22.12
- Competed in the Big Ten Indoor Championships in the 3,000-meter run
- Placed 12th at the SEC/Big Ten Challenge (3/23) in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 8:39.88
- Placed 4th in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:01.05 at the Mike Poehlein Invitational (3/30-3/31)
High School:
- Four-year varsity letterwinner in cross country and track and field at St. Charles West High School
- Qualified for the Missouri State High School Cross Country Championships all four years, taking a high placing of 11th as a senior
- Qualified for the state track and field championships twice, placing 10th in the 1,600-meter run as a junior and taking 13th in the 3,200-meter run as a sophomore
- Earned valedictorian and national merit honors
