2015

• Qualified for the NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round in the 3,000m steeplechase.
• Qaulified for the Big Ten Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 5,000m run and the 3,000m steeplechase.
• Qaulified for the Big Ten Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 5,000m run and the 3,000m steeplechase.
• Qaulified for the Big Ten Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 5,000m run and the 3,000m steeplechase.
• Ran a career best time of 1:56.07 in the 800m at the Rankin/Poehlein Invitational.
• Ran a career best time of 4:10.20 in the mile run at the Indiana v. Purdue Duals, where he finished third.
• Ran a career best time of 8:20.48 in the 3,000m run at the Razorback Invitational.
• Ran a career best time of 14:09.50 in the 5,000m run at the Big Ten Indoor Track and Field Championships.
• Ran a career best time of 8:53.11 in the 3,000m steeplechase at the St. SAC Relays.

2014: Competed in five indoor meets, including the Big Ten Championships and competed in seven outdoor meets, including the Big Ten Championships; finished second in the 3000m steeplechase and the 5000m at the Border Battle with times of 9:06.07 and 14:39.06; took 13^th at the Big Ten Outdoors Championships in the 3000m steeplechase; three top-three finishes In the Steeplechase.

High School: Four year letterwinner in cross country, basketball, and track; cross country team was four-year conference champs; was a track sectional champ in the 3200m run all four years; sectional and regional champ his final three years in cross country; state qualifier in cross country his final three years; 1A-2A Runner of the Year as a junior; Academic All-State Honorable Mention as a junior; won conference in 800m, 1600m, and 3200m his final two years; finished fourth at the state meet in the 3200m as a junior; was part of the All-Star Team for cross country as a senior; basketball team won sectionals his senior year with a 21-3 record; set sectional records in track in the 1600m and 3200m; graduated Summa Cum Laude and won the Human Rights Award.

Personal: Tate Jordan Schienbein was born April 4, 1994 to parents Tom and Cindy Schienbein; is an only child; majoring in management; father played basketball and golf at St. Francis College while mother played volleyball, basketball, and track at the same school; was born in Oxford, Ohio; enjoys playing all kinds of sports, technology, and hanging out with friends.
