2014: Did not compete in any indoor/outdoor meets in the 2013-14 track seasons for the Boilermakers.
High School: Three-year varsity letter winner in cross country and two in track; co-captain for cross country and track teams his senior year; qualified for the Illinois Indoor State Championships in the 1,600m; clocked a career-best 1:59.7 in the 800m, 4:23.6 in the 1,600m, 9:30.0 in the 3,200m, and a 15:21 in the cross country three mile; was coached by Jim Alkens, Darius Sanchez, and Mike Bruce.
Personal: Andrew Marshall Mack was born Jan. 22, 1993, in Evanston, Ill.; is the only child of Stephen and Noralee Mack; enjoys music and playing guitar; plans to major in Aeronautical/Astronautical Engineering.
