In her first meet of the season, ran a 21:02.4 6k at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational to lead the Boilermakers
Placed 75th at Pre-Nationals, clocking in at 21:33.6

2017 (SOPHOMORE)

NCAA Championships qualifier for the second year in a row
Finished 120th at the NCAA Championships with a 6k time of 20:52.4
Second team All-Big Ten after placing 14th at the Big Ten Championships with a 6k time of 20:46.4
Finished 14th at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional with a time of 20:54.8
Won the Indiana Intercollegiates
Had a 5k time of 17:00.0 at the Louisville Classic to take 17th

2016 (FRESHMAN)

Named Big Ten Freshman of the Year after placing seventh and finishing as the top freshman at the meet
Competed in six events including Big Ten championships, NCAA Regionals and NCAA Championships
Ran a 5K time of 17:39.3 at the Indiana Intercollegiate Championships to finish first
Ran a 6K time of 20:14.7 to finish seventh at NCAA Regionals
Ran a season best 16:41.9 5K at the Joe Piane Invitational

High School

She won a state championship in the 3200 M her senior season.
Emma was a Junior Olympic Cross Country National Champion in 2014, a Nike National Qualifier in 2015, and a three time USJTF Junior National Participant.
Four year letter winner, earned all-conference honors all four years.
All-State selection her junior and senior years, and was also selected as a member of the Academic All-State team her sophomore, junior, and senior years.
During her junior year, she was part of the school record breaking 4x800 team and she holds the school record for the 3200 M.
