NORMAN, Okla. – Entering the final round in a tie for seventh, Purdue Women's Golf used a 6-under 274 to vault up the leaderboard and place third at the Schooner Fall Classic. The Boilermakers finished 3-under for the tournament, tying a school record with a 54-hole total of 837 (284-279-274).

Purdue's 837 matched the lowest team total in school history alongside the 2018-19 Boilermakers that set the mark by winning the 2018 Illini Women's Invitational. The final round 274 was the second-best team round ever, just behind the program-record 270 carded at the Boilermaker Classic earlier this season.

For the second straight tournament, Ashley Kozlowski led the Boilermakers. Firing a career-low 66 (-4) in the final round, Kozlowski posted a three-day total of 208 (-2) to tie for the seventh-best 54-hole score in program history. The senior became only the ninth Boilermaker to shoot 66-or-better, making five birdies and only one bogey throughout the day. Kozlowski's 66 matched the fifth-lowest round in the Purdue record book.

Also cracking the Top 10 for lowest 54-hole totals were Jocelyn Bruch and Kan Bunnabodee. The pair of Boilermakers tied for 14th, carding 209 (-1) through three rounds. For Bruch, it was a new career best as she recorded three straight rounds of par-or-better. Bruch finished strong, playing the final seven holes 3 under on her way to a 32 on the back nine and an even-par 70.

Bunnabodee shot a final-round 68 (-2) for her team-leading fourth round in the 60s this season. She made five birdies, including three over her final six holes. The 1-under 209 was the 10th-best 54-hole mark in program history alongside Bruch, and Bunnabodee became the only Boilermaker to appear in the Top 10 three times in that record book category.

Natasha Kiel played her best golf in the final round, firing a 70 (E) that featured four birdies. She ended the tournament 3-over through 54 holes, the 213 total (71-72-70) being her best as a Boilermaker.

After tournaments in back-to-back weeks, the Boilermakers have one month away from competition. Purdue concludes the fall in typical fashion, traveling to Wilmington, North Carolina for the Landfall Tradition (Oct. 27-29). The Boilermakers have ended the fall season there every year since 2011.
