COLUMBIA, Mo. – Sophie McAfee and Jordan Rzepka teamed up to sweep the springboard diving events Saturday, highlighting the final day of action at Purdue swimming & diving's season-opening two-day dual meet at Missouri.

• Women: Missouri 206.5, Purdue 139.5
• Men: #18 Missouri 233, Purdue 115
Rzepka was victorious on 3-meter Saturday to complete his sweep of the men's springboard events for the weekend. He won with a list score of 362.48 Saturday, taking the event by 38 points. For the weekend, he was victorious on 1-meter and 3-meter by a combined 114 points.
McAfee got off to a strong start while winning on 1-meter with a list score of 281.33. It was the Purdue women's fifth event victory of the weekend.
In the swimming events, Maggie Love was the runner-up in the 50 freestyle with a time of 23.05. The sophomore moved into 15th place in team history, posting her third time of the weekend that ranked among the program's all-time fastest. She won both the 100 breaststroke and 200 individual medley Friday.
Nick Sherman was the men's top finisher in both the 50 and 200 free. Coleman Modglin was out touched by .19 hundredths of a second in a great finish with Mizzou's Will Goodwin in the 200 breast.
Including Friday's results, Love and Sherman were Purdue's top finishers in three events for the weekend. They headlined a group of eight Boilermakers that were Purdue's top finishers in multiple individual events over the two days of action. That list included…

Purdue hosts UIndy for a dual meet Friday at 4 p.m. ET and welcomes schools from around the state to the Burke Aquatic Center for the annual Indiana Intercollegiates on Saturday at noon.
