WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – The Purdue men's tennis team took on LSU today in Baton Rouge, La.

Just like the previous match, Athell Bennett and Milledge Cossu had a strong start in order to secure their victory in the doubles match. The pair from LSU of Boris Kozlov and Kent Hunter overtook their match, making a tie break necessary. Sebastian Welch and Tomasz Dudek prevailed and secured the doubles point 7-6.
Sebastian Welch and Michel Wozniak both entered into tiebreakers during their singles matches.
The Boilermakers put up an aggressive stance against the Tigers but were unable to secure any of their singles points.
LSU finalized the match with a 6-1 final score over the Boilermakers.
