NOBLESVILLE, Ind. Cole Bradley shot a 3-under par 69 to move into the top 10 and put himself in position to advance to the National Championships after the second round at the Sagamore Golf Club. Bradley and Joe Weiler both sit in the top 10 individually after 36 holes at the NCAA Regional.

The duo is part of 75 individuals competing for spots in the NCAA National Championships held at Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona, beginning in late May. To advance, Weiler or Bradley will have to be the top finisher not on a top-five advancing team.

Bradley had an outstanding front nine to move into a tie for seventh at 3-under par 141, posting rounds of 72 and 69 thus far. In Tuesday's second round, Bradley started his round birdie-eagle to move to 3-under quickly for the tournament.

He then double-bogeyed the par-3 4th hole, but responded with birdies on Nos. 5, 6, 7 and 12 to move to 5-under par for his round and into a share of the lead. He finished with bogeys on Nos. 15 and 17, to fall to 3-under par, but sits in third place individually among non-advancing teams.

Weiler is tied for 10th after rounds of 70-72=142 (-2), four off the individual lead. He would alternate birdie and bogey for most of the day, recording birdies on Nos. 2, 6 and 14, but bogeys on Nos. 3, 10 and 16. Nonetheless, Weiler remains in the hunt to advance.

The leader is UNC Wilmington's Blake McShea (70-68=138), leading West Virginia's Mark Goetz by two shots (74-66=140). Bradley and Weiler are third and fourth among non-advancing players.

The top-five teams have pulled away from the field as Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina, Louisville and North Florida are at least nine shots clear of the sixth-place squad, UNC Wilmington.

The final round will begin at 7:30 a.m. ET, at the Sagamore Golf Club in Noblesville, Indiana, on Wednesday. Weiler will tee off at 9:53 a.m. ET, and Bradley will start at 10:04 a.m. ET.
