Aćin teamed up with Ryan Lawrence (50) and Ryan Hrosik (100) to help the Purdue men sweep all four heats of the freestyle sprints. Including Jude Wenker's fourth-place finish in the 100, the Boilermakers had three of the top four finishers in both events. Aćin again posted a pair of NCAA provisional qualifying times (B Cuts).

Purdue posted 1-2-3 finishes in three events – platform diving and the 500 free on the women's side and the 200 individual medley on the men's half of the meet. Bretscher once again demonstrated her versatility. The reigning Big Ten champion on 3-meter and Big Diver of the Year was victorious on the tower, teaming with Maycey Vieta and Maggie Merriman for the 1-2-3 finish. Bretscher was also the runner-up on 1-meter.

Brandon Loschiavo, a two-time Big Ten champion on the tower, dominated the men's platform competition, winning the event by 82 points over teammate Ben Bramley. He was 117 points better than any of the visiting divers.

Kate Beavon and Abby Jahns teamed up to win both heats of the 500 free for Purdue. Both Boilermakers finished the day with a pair of top-five showings, with Beavon also winning her heat of the 200 free. Hayley Pike's runner-up showing completed the 1-2-3 finish in the 500 free.

On the men's side, it was two-time heat winners Nick Sherman and Andrew Alders that helped key Purdue's 1-2-3 finish in the 200 IM. Sherman's team season-best time of 1:48.80 in heat 3 held up as the top time in the event. Trent Pellini was the runner-up to Sherman while Blake Ratliff won heat 2 and Alders heat 4 of the event.

Next up for the Boilermakers is the Big Ten Championships, which is split into three separate meets this year.
