Caitlin Calkins and Seira Shimizu defeated Amber Policare and Arnelle Sullivan in a quick 6-1 match.
Alex Sabe and Zala Dovnik secured the doubles point for the Boilermakers with their victory over Saya Usui and Kate Yemelyanenka 6-3.
Ranked senior duo Amina Mukhametshina and Silvia Ambrosio did not finish their doubles match, ending unfinished 3-4 against Millie Stretton and Eva Alexandrova.
With the doubles point secured, Calkins finished her singles match first, claiming a seemingly easy victory over Kate Yemelyanenka 6-2, 6-2.
Shimizu defeated Arenelle Sullivan in two sets, as well, 6-4, 6-3.
At the No. 1 position, Ambrosio took down Eva Alexandrova 6-4, 2-6, 6-1 to wrap up the sweep for the Boilermakers.
With the win, the Boilermakers evened all-time series with the Terrapins at 3-apiece.
Purdue (9-12, 4-6) will take on Rutgers on Sunday at noon ET at Schwartz, It is Senior Day, and following the match there will be an Easter egg hunt.
