In singles play, Silvia Ambrosio defeated Stephanie Schrage 7-5, 6-2.
Seira Shimizu lost to Brianna Shvets 6-3, 6-4.
Ena Babic lost to Clare McKee 6-2, 6-2.
Alex Sabe was defeated by Grace Joyce 2-6, 6-2, 6-2.
Amina Mukhametshina defeated Nicole Kalhorn 7-5, 7-6.
Caitlin Calkins played Nathalie Rodilosso winning 6-3, 6-2.
Zala Dovnik won against Catalina Vives 6-1, 6-2.
In doubles play, Ambrosio and Mukhametshina lost to Kalhorn and Shvets 6-3.
Dovnik and Babic were defeated by Joyce and McKee 6-0.
Calkins and Sabe played Vives and Rodilosso, losing 6-2.
The Boilermakers will be in Las Vegas for the UNLV Invite from Nov. 9 to 11.
