OLYMPIA FIELDS, Ill. The Purdue men's golf team struggled again in round two at Olympia Fields Country Club to remain in 13th place after 36 holes.

The Boilermakers shot a 20-over par 300 in round two for a 36-hole total of 35-over par 595 (295-300) to sit in 13th out of 14 teams entering tomorrow's final round.
No. 1-ranked Oklahoma State has pulled away from the field to lead at 9-under par 551. No. 11-ranked California is eight shots back and the only other team under par at 1-under par 559.

Alabama (+7), USC (+8), South Carolina (+8), UNLV (+9), Illinois (+11), Texas A&M (+14), Florida State (+16), Stanford (+18), Indiana (+21), Baylor (+30), Purdue (+35) and Air Force (+53) round out the field.
Timmy Hildebrand posted a strong round to catapult to 22nd after 36 holes at 3-over par 143 (75-68). Hildebrand was 5-under par through 14 holes, but played his final four holes in 3-over par to drop back to 22nd.
Jarle Volden is T-55 at 10-over par 150 (74-76), Cole Bradley is T-58 at 11-over par 151 (73-78) as is Joe Weiler (73-78) and Thomas Lewis is 71st at 16-over par 156 (75-81).

Purdue will be paired with Air Force in the final round, teeing off hole No. 10, from 8:45 to 9:21 a.m. ET, Sunday.
