WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Seventy-five Purdue student-athletes earned their undergraduate degree as part of weekend commencement ceremonies on campus.
Purdue student-athletes regularly perform equal to or better than the student body. Following the fall 2016 semester, the cumulative GPA for all current Purdue student-athletes was 3.06.
The current four-year average Graduation Success Rate stands at 85 percent, and all 18 programs have been above the 930 Academic Progress Rate cutoff for six consecutive years.
Overall, 90 percent of student-athletes completing their eligibility at Purdue graduate, and student-athletes who graduated in May of 2015 realized a 92 percent job-placement rate.
