ST. THOMAS, Virgin Islands (AP) - KK Houser scored 17 points and Courtney Moses added 14 to help No. 14 Purdue rout Marist 71-51 on Thursday night in the Paradise Jam.

Drey Mingo was the third Boilermaker in double-figures with 13 points, hitting four of her five field goal attempts and 5-of-6 free throws.

Purdue (4-0) led 16-13 midway through the first half before going on a 23-6 run to close the period and take control of the game. Houser had five points during the burst as the Boilermakers led 39-19 at the half.

Marist (2-2) could only get within 18 points in the second half.

Senior Sam Ostarello pulled down a game-high nine rebounds to go along with three assists. The Boilermakers outrebounded the Red Foxes 39-23.

Purdue shot 54.3 percent (25-of-46) from the field, including 42.9 percent (6-of-14) from three-point range while holding Marist to 32.7 percent (18-of-55), including 18.5 percent (5-of-27) from three.

Emma O'Connor scored 10 points to lead the Red Foxes, who will face No. 2 UConn on Friday night. Purdue will play Wake Forest at 6 p.m. ET in the Sports and Fitness Center at the University of the Virgin Islands.
