WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- Purdue women's swimming and diving finished off a successful season-opening weekend with a team victory at the Indiana Intercollegiates Saturday afternoon at the Boilermaker Aquatic Center.

Purdue finished with 807.5 points to outscore the five teams with women's competitors in attendance.

Allie Davis won the 200 freestyle to complete a weekend in which she won individual freestyle events of 200, 500 and 1000 yards in length. She also swam the leadoff leg on the victorious 200 free relay Saturday. The freshman was selected as the team's Boilermaker Award recipient. She received the honor from Tracy Glaser, who was recognized by the team after Friday night's dual win against Miami (Ohio). Glaser won her heat of the 100 butterfly Saturday.
