Men's Golf Tied For Sixth At COG Mizzou Intercollegiate

COLUMBIA, Mo. - The Purdue men's golf team shot 595 (+19) as a unit on Monday to enter into a tie for sixth place at the COG Mizzou Intercollegiate after 36 holes of play.

The Boilermakers shot 300 (+12) in the first round before bouncing back with a seven-over 295 in the afternoon session.

Sophomore Adam Schenk was the low Boiler on Monday, shooting 148 (+4) to grab a share of 17th place. Freshman Justin Cho and junior Henry Plager each shot 150 (+6) over the first 36 holes and are part of group tied for 28th place.

Senior Tyler Duncan stands in a 34th-place tie after shooting 151 (+7) on Monday, while Jakob Ziegler battled to a 155 (+11) and a share of 53rd place on the tournament's opening day.

The final round of the COG Mizzou Intercollegiate will be contested on Tuesday. Live results are available at golfstatresults.com.
