WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (AP) - Brittany Rayburn scored 24 points to lead No. 22 Purdue to a 90-58 victory over Indiana in a regular-season finale Sunday.
KK Houser had 15 points and seven assists for the Boilermakers (21-8, 11-5 Big Ten), Alex Guyton scored 11 and Sam Ostarello added nine rebounds.
Rayburn, who hit four three-pointers, reached double figures for the 89th time and passed the 1,700-point mark for her career with 1,718.
Sasha Chaplin led the Hoosiers (6-23, 1-15) with 15 points. Aulani Sinclair scored 14 and Candyce Ussery a career-high 10.
Purdue, which shot 48 percent, turned a 29-19 lead into a 41-19 edge with a 12-0 run late in the first half. It was not close thereafter.
The Boilermakers forced 21 turnovers while committing only nine.
Purdue extended its winning streak against Indiana to seven games and the Boilermakers won the Barn Burner Trophy for the third-consecutive season. Rayburn was named the Barn Burner Trophy game's Most Valuable Player.
Sunday's contest also was senior day and the WBCA Pink Zone initiative. All five seniors on the active roster scored in the game and over $4,200 was raised for the Central Indiana Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure. For more information on Purdue's Pink Zone, please click here.
Both teams will move on to the Big Ten tournament beginning Thursday in Indianapolis.
