COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Purdue Boilermakers got off to a strong start, leading 15-10 at 13:25 in the first half, but foul trouble hampered Purdue. Six players had two fouls apiece at the half and Ohio State pushed out to a 17-point lead. With 5:50 in the first, Purdue trailed by four but Ohio State finished the half strong to take a commanding 44-27 advantage.

Purdue was led by Courtney Moses' 19 points and six rebounds. Brittany Rayburn and Samantha Woods scored 10 each but the Boilermakers gave up 90 points and allowed five Buckeyes to score in double figures, including a game-high 21 points by All-American Jantel Lavender.

Turnovers and giving up offensive rebounds were once again a problem for Purdue on the road. The Boilermakers turned the ball over 22 times and gave up 15 offensive boards to the Buckeyes. Purdue was also outscored on the free throw line 22 to 12.

Purdue returns to action when it plays host to Illinois on Sunday at 2 p.m. ET in Mackey Arena. A postgame autograph session will be held with the women's basketball team in the concourse of the arena.
