HONOLULU (AP) -- Brittany Rayburn scored 22 points and Lindsay Wisdom-Hylton added 20 as No. 19 Purdue rolled over Hawaii 90-74 at the Waikiki Beach Marriot Classic on Saturday.
The Boilermakers hit 13 three-pointers in the contest, including 10 in the first half. Purdue finished 13 of 21 from beyond the arc which is the second best mark in school history and one three-pointer short of the school single-game record of 14. Rayburn was 6 of 8 from three-point range, which is the most threes ever by a Purdue freshman and Jodi Howell hit 5 of 7 three-pointers.
Howell scored 19 for the Boilermakers in 21 minutes of play. Four Purdue players reached double-figures as FahKara Malone chipped in 11 points.
Purdue (4-1) quickly opened an 11-2 lead in the first three minutes. Hawaii got within four, but was never able to take the lead.
Keisha Kanekoa led Hawaii with 21 points, followed by Megan Tinnin with 19. Dita Liepkalne had 12 rebounds for the Rainbow Wahine.
The Boilermakers shot 63.3 percent in the first half, including 76.9 percent (10 of 13) from three-point range and finished the game shooting 54.4 percent, hitting 31 of 57 shots.
Purdue was coming off a 78-70 overtime loss to No. 5 Stanford on Friday and will play host to No. 10 Maryland on Dec. 4 at 6:30 p.m. at Mackey Arena.
