WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (AP) - Lindsay Wisdom-Hylton scored 17 points and Erin Lawless had 11 points and 11 rebounds in No. 12 Purdue's 72-30 victory over Northwestern on Thursday night.
Katie Gearlds scored 14 points and Lakisha Freeman added 10 for the Boilermakers (19-3, 8-0 Big Ten).
Nadia Bibbs led Northwestern (6-15, 0-8) with 15 points.
The Boilermakers were dominant in their tuneup for Monday's home game against No. 5 Ohio State. Purdue held Northwestern without a field goal for more than 8 minutes to start the second half and led 55-14 with 12:13 remaining.
Purdue beat Northwestern for the 17th straight time. It was the lowest point total Purdue has allowed this season and the second lowest Purdue has ever allowed against a Big Ten team.
The Boilermakers beat the Wildcats 73-41 last Thursday.
Purdue went on a 20-0 run early in the game to take control. The Boilermakers held the Wildcats to five field goals in the first half to take a 41-13 lead. Northwestern shot 23 percent in the first half and committed 15 turnovers, while Purdue shot 53 percent and outrebounded the Wildcats 22-10.
