Kaitlyn Steenvoorde (previously Lilleberg) serves as an Associate Director of Marketing and Fan Experience for Purdue Athletics. She joined the department in July 2021 as an assistant director, earning a promotion in February 2023. Her current responsibilities include overseeing marketing and promotional efforts for football, men's and women's tennis and women's basketball.
Kaitlyn previously spent time working as a graduate assistant for the Marketing and Game Presentation department with Sun Devil Athletics from 2019 to 2021. During that time, she also obtained her master's degree in mass communications. Before her time at Arizona State, she was promoted to a marketing assistant from previously being a student intern at Washington State Athletics. Washington State Athletics was where she had gotten her start in collegiate athletics as an intern in the marketing and promotions department back in 2017.
A native of North Bend, Washington, Kaitlyn earned her bachelor’s degree in sport management from Washington State University in 2018.
