BEFORE PURDUE
• OLYMPIAN (200 IM for Paraguay)
• Swam for Lindenwood University in St. Louis while earning his bachelor’s degree in business administration
• Joined Purdue as graduate transfer after competing at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris
• Won Summit League and Great Lakes Valley Conference titles
• For Paraguay, competed at multiple World Aquatics Championships and Pan American Games
• Won his conference titles in the IM events
• Also has international experience in the mid-distance freestyle
• Entering the Paris Olympics, his lifetime best in the 200m IM was 2:03.31, originally set at a TYR Pro Swim Series meet in San Antonio in the spring of 2022 and a time he matched at the Brazilian Nationals in Rio de Janeiro in May 2024
