LEXINGTON, Ky. – Purdue Outdoor Track & Field concluded the 2025 regular season with three event victories on a rainy Saturday afternoon at the Jim Green Invitational.
Men's Notes
• Bode Gilkerson and Kaden Stewart both cleared 2.13m (6-11.75) in the high jump with Gilkerson taking the victory after clearing on his first attempt. Stewart's clearance is a personal best and Gilkerson's is a season best.
• The 4x400m relay team of Jahn Riley, Brett Otterbacher, Cameron Miller and Antoine Spencer ran 3:07.05 to defeat Southern Illinois and Indiana. It's the second fastest time of the season for the Boilermakers.
• Collin Kao cleared 5.19m (17-00.25) in the pole vault to finish second. He has cleared 5.18m in three consecutive meets heading into Big Tens.
• Brett Otterbacher (46.85), Zach Mylenek (47.82) and Nickens Lemba (48.29) finished second, fourth and eighth, respectively, in the 400m.
• Nerius White took third in the 5000m (14:27.18) and Brandon Moss took fourth in the 100m (10.64).
Women's Notes
• Zoe Sullivan ran a personal best 13.11 in the 60m hurdles into a headwind (-0.6 m/s) and finished third in the finals (13.26). The time improved her national ranking to 22nd. She moved up to No. 2 in Purdue history, behind only Olympian Devynne Charlton (12.70).
• The 4x400m relay of Alyssa Tate, Mirai Bernard, Alexia Smith and Gia Glay defeated two Indiana squads with a 3:39.21, its second fastest time of the outdoor season.
• Alexia Smith ran 53.79 in the 400m to finish fourth in her second individual race of the outdoor season.
• Caroline Jordan took sixth in the 5000m (17:03.22) and Jila Vaden took eighth in the 100m (12.34) to round out Purdue's top eight finishes.
