RALEIGH, N.C. – Purdue Outdoor Track & Field men's distance program has 5-of-6 runners on Thursday turn in personal-best performances at the Raleigh Relays.
 
Men's Notes
Douglas Buckeridge became the fourth Boilermaker in outdoor school history (fifth between indoors and outdoors combined) to break 14 minutes in the 5000m after he ran 13:56.33. He is now No. 3 in outdoor school history and set a personal best by 9.59 seconds.
Caleb Williams ran a personal-best 8:46.61 in the 3000m steeplechase and remains fifth in program history. He was an NCAA East First Round qualifier in the event last season.
Kiefer Bell entered the 3000m steeplechase program rankings at No. 6 in 8:51.49. It was a 9.39 second personal best for Bell.
Jason Polydoris had a personal-best 14:08.54 in the 5000m. His previous best was 14:15.29 set in his second-to-last indoor meet this season.
Hugh Jacobsmeyer ran 3:50.56 in the 1500m to finish 4.72 seconds faster than he ran in last weekend's opener in Tampa.
