WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – The Purdue women's basketball team will take part in the 2025 Cancun Challenge at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya in Mexico on Nov. 27-29.
The Boilermakers will play in the Yucatan Tournament flight in a grouping with NC State, TCU, San Francisco and UAB.
Game dates, matchups and tip times will be announced later.
Purdue will head to the Cancun Challenge for the second time under head coach Katie Gearlds. The Boilermakers' previous trip came in 2022 when they defeated Harvard and Oklahoma State, wins that bolstered Purdue's resume to return to the NCAA Tournament later that year.
Purdue holds an 8-2 all-time record in the Cancun Challenge after appearing four appearances (2000-01, 2011-12, 2016-17, 2022-23).
