WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Head coach Magali Frezzotti announced the full 2025 slate on Friday, bringing 19 home games to Bittinger Stadium, including playing host to the Big Ten tournament. The season is set to open Thursday, February 6, with the Boilermakers taking on Texas A&M in College Station.
"I'm excited about the 2025 schedule. We are playing high quality opponents in the non-conference season that without a doubt will challenge us early and help us solidify our identity on the field," said Frezzotti. "And the conference schedule… Nothing says 'welcome to the new landscape of the Big Ten' like playing UCLA in Los Angeles. The team is pumped. I look forward to competing at a high level all season long and seeing what new rivalries emerge."
The Boilermakers will take on seven opponents who made NCAA Regional appearances in 2024, including four that earned the automatic qualification (Villanova, Southern Illinois, UCLA, and Miami OH), four that advanced to Regional finals (Texas A&M, Southern Illinois, UCLA, and Villanova), and two that advanced on to the Super Regional Round (Texas A&M and UCLA).
Purdue will travel to the campuses of Texas A&M (2/6-9), Florida Atlantic (2/14-16), UAB (2/22-23), and Southern Illinois (2/28-3/2) during the preseason, while action in West Lafayette will begin when the Boilermakers host Saint Louis and Bradley from March 8-9. The official home opener is slated for Saturday, March 8, at 12 PM against Saint Louis.
Big Ten action begins with the Boilermakers heading west to California for a series against conference newcomer, UCLA. Over spring break, Purdue heads to the home of USA Softball, Oklahoma City, to take on conference opponents, Wisconsin and Maryland, in neutral site games.
The Big Ten tournament heads to Bittinger Stadium, and is scheduled to begin Wednesday, May 7, and run through Saturday, May 10.
There is free admission to all Purdue home games.
