LAST TIME OUT
The Boilermakers moved the ball effortlessly in an 87-68 win over Indiana State with 27 assists on 35 made field goals. Reagan Bass notched her fourth double-double of the year with 15 points, 10 rebounds and three blocks. Amiyah Reynolds set a career high with six assists in the win, as Purdue shot 49.3% from the field and made seven 3-pointers.

NOTES
• Purdue leads the all-time series with Iowa 40-39.
• Eight of Purdue's next nine opponents are ranked in the top 40 of the NET.
• Purdue dished out 27 assists in the win over Indiana State, its highest tally under Katie Gearlds and most since Jan. 28, 2018, against Penn State.
• Purdue's four transfers this season have combined to score 35.6 points per game for 53% of the Boilermakers' scoring total.
• The Boilermakers enter the Big Ten portion of the schedule battle tested with the second toughest NET strength of schedule in the league at 28, behind USC's 22. Purdue had the third hardest non-conference NET strength of schedule at 49.
• Sunday will be Purdue's second true road game of the year. The Boilermakers opened their road slate with a 67-51 win over Miami (Ohio) on Dec. 17.
• Destini Lombard sits atop the Big Ten in steals this season with 30 and second in steals per game with 2.5 behind Jaloni Cambridge from Ohio State. The New Iberia, La., native was named one of the lockdown defenders in the Big Ten by BTN's Autumn Johnson.
• Reagan Bass was the lone player from the Big Ten to record two double-doubles in the week prior to the holiday break. Bass finished the week with 12.5 points, 10.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 3.0 blocks per game in wins over Miami and Indiana State.
• Bass tops the team and ranks eighth in the Big Ten with 18 blocked shots on the year.  The senior has rejected a pair of shots in each of her team-high four double-doubles this year.
• Freshman Jordyn Poole made her Mackey Arena debut against Indiana State. The rookie scored her first career points and tallied a pair of assists in nine minutes of action.
• In Purdue's final two non-conference games, the Boilermakers made 15 3-pointers at a 47% clip while dishing out 45 assists.
• After agreeing to move out of the starting five, Rashunda Jones has been a spark for the Boilermakers in the second unit. The sophomore is averaging a team-high nine points in her eight games off the bench while shooting 48.1% from the field with 3.1 rebounds and 3.5 assists.
• A trio of Boilermakers have connected on 15 or more 3-pointers this season, tied to the lead in the Big Ten. Destini Lombard has hit 20 at a 40% clip, while Ella Collier has made 16 and Sophie Swanson has made 15.
• Swanson is 14th on Purdue's career 3-point percentage chart at 35.4%. She has made a 3-pointer in 25 of her 39 career games with 13 multi-triple outings.
Lana McCarthy is one of eight freshmen nationally, and the only one from the Big Ten, to average 7.5 points (7.8) and 5.5 rebounds (5.9) per game, while shooting 50% or better (51.2%).
• Mahri Petree matched her season high with eight points in each of the last two games, shooting 75% from the field with a pair of 3-pointers.
• Purdue has recorded 10 or more steals in five games and are 7-1 when opponents turn it over 15 or more times.
• The Boilermakers are 7-1 when outrebounding teams this season. Purdue is averaging 12 second chance points per game.
