WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Purdue head coach Geoff Young announced the signing of Maj Premzl to the Class of 2024 on Tuesday.
A native of Slovenia, Premzl is the first member of the Class of 2024 to sign with the Boilers. He comes to West Lafayette with a rich pedigree as he obtained a career-high ITF Junior Ranking of 140 and ATP Rankings of 1783 (singles) and 874 (doubles).
As Young continues to build his winning culture at Purdue, Premzl will be a perfect fit. His success has come at all levels with four ITF Junior Tournament titles and four professional M15 doubles finals appearances. He's also won three national championships in Slovenia and represented his country in three international competitions.
